Return and Refund Policy

At Simpleprints, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy for assistance.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized T-shirts (including custom designs, names, or prints).

• Clearance or final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at simpleprintsdtf@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

1. Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return criteria.

2. Processing Time:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• If you received the wrong item or size, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost.

• For exchanges due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any price differences.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at simpleprintsdtf@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.

2. We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a printing error or defect on our part.
